Q: What day can we arrive and what time can we check in/out?
A: We are flexible on arrival and departure days. The apartment is available to check in from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Q: What is the deposit and final payment?
A: Your reservation will be secured (subject to availability) upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the rental due, or full payment if booking is less than 10 weeks before the start of your rental period. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before the start of your rental period.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: (a) AT LEAST 10 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD: If you have only paid the 25% non returnable deposit, the 25% deposit is retained by us and no further sums are due from you. If you have paid in full, the 25% deposit is retained by us and the remaining 75% is returned to you. (b) LESS THAN 10 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD: If you have paid in full, the full amount of the rental is retained by us. If you have only paid the 25% deposit, this is retained by us and the remaining 75% balance is due to be paid by you.
Q: How do we find the apartment and from where do we collect the key?
A: We will advise you about key arrangements 7 days prior to the start date of your rental period. If the key is lost, you will be charged for the cost of the replacement. An information pack detailing directions on how to get to the apartment as well as other useful information will be sent to you after receipt of your deposit and we have confirmed your booking.
Q: What happens if we have a problem with the property during our stay?
A: Please call us if you have any problems with the apartment. Details will be provided within the information pack.
